The assessment, explained
A behavioural assessment built for entrepreneurs
Before you start, here's what the Ignio assessment actually does: what it measures, how it works, and what you get at the end.
What it is
Ignio is a structured self-assessment that helps entrepreneurs see their own behavioural capabilities clearly — not a personality test, and not a pass/fail exam. It gives you a profile you can act on.
Who it's for
The assessment is built for entrepreneurs at any stage — you don't need a registered business or a finished idea to get value from it.
- You're exploring whether entrepreneurship is right for you.
- You're validating a business idea before committing further.
- You're already running something and want a clearer view of where you stand.

What you receive
A personalised profile built from your answers: your strongest capabilities, your development priorities, and a concrete next step to work on — not just a score.
How long it takes
Expect around 15–20 minutes. The assessment moves through six steps — context, self-perception, situational scenarios, and a short reflection stage — covering roughly 70 questions and scenarios in total.
What happens after
You see your results dashboard immediately, with your capability profile ready to explore — no waiting for someone to send it to you.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a personality test?
No. Personality tests describe fixed traits. Ignio evaluates behavioural patterns and capabilities through self-assessment, and is built around a development path rather than a label.
What language is it available in?
The assessment itself is currently in Spanish. If you're browsing in English, a short notice explains this before you start.
Do I need to already be running a business?
No. It's designed for entrepreneurs at any stage, from exploring the idea of entrepreneurship to running an active business.
What do I get when I finish?
An immediate results dashboard showing your capability profile, your strongest areas, your development priorities, and a suggested next step.
