Ignio

About

The team behind Ignio

Our story

Ignio began as Mesa de Emprendimiento, a grassroots initiative founded by three practitioners with direct, on-the-ground experience supporting migrant entrepreneurs in London.

Over four years, that work turned into two full programme cycles, reaching more than 270 entrepreneurs. The same behavioural patterns kept showing up in session after session — and that's what led the team to build a structured assessment to name and measure them properly.

Today, that work continues as Ignio Hub CIC, a UK-registered Community Interest Company, and Ignio is the product that came out of it.

Our mission

We exist to help migrant and diaspora entrepreneurs see their own behavioural capabilities clearly, so they — and the organisations that support them — can make decisions based on real evidence instead of assumptions.
